Se ha observado las repercusiones que la bioestimulacion del pancreas puede tener sobre el tiroides.  se realizo un estudio morfologico y funcional del tiroides, para lo que se empleo el microscopio optico y electronico, y se realizaron las determinaciones de glucemia, triyodotironina y tiroxina.  se ha demostrado que la diabetes pancreopriva se asocia a una funcion mermada del tiroides que conduce a un hipotiroidismo bioquimico.  se concluye, que el posible efecto bioestimulante sobre el tiroides, al irradiar el residuo pancreatico, queda enmascarado por la ausencia casi total de
