Uno de ellos codifica la subunidad reguladora de la proteina fosfatasa calcineurina y el otro al factor de transcripcion yap4. Se desmuestra que calcineurina es necesaria para la tolerancia a sodio debido a su actividad en la regulacion de la na+-atpasa ena1 y en el sistema de transporte de potasio trk. La activacion consitutiva de calcineurina, mediante coexpresion de la subunidad reguladora y una subunidad catalitica truncada, produce celulas mas tolerantes a sodio. Yap4 es un factor de transcripcion tipo bzip que media la expresion de los genes ena1 y pmr1, regulados a su vez por calcineneurina.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
