Dolores <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El complejo habenular de la rata wistar ha sido estudiada mediante tincion convencional con azul de toluidina, histoquimica de acetil colinesterasas, inmunocitoquimicamente frente a b-endorfina y a la proteina c-fos, y su patron de conexiones revisado mediante transporte de hrp. El complejo ha sido dividido en una porcion medial y una lateral la cual es subdividida en una porcion lateral, una medial y una dorsal que presentan distintas reactividades frente a la ache y b-end siendo por primera vez descritas fibras de b-end en el complejo habenular. Nucleos marcados con fos solo se observaron en la porcion medial del nucleo lateral y aparecieron fibras en la porcion ventral de nucleo medial. Tambien se observaron nucleos marcados a lo largo de toda la via mesohabenular en condiciones basales.
