{"id":130294,"date":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/modelos-enzimaticos-del-cofactor-molibdeno-sintesis-caracterizacion-y-estudio-de-la-reactividad-de-complejos-mercaptocarboxilicos-de-movi-v-y-iv\/"},"modified":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"modelos-enzimaticos-del-cofactor-molibdeno-sintesis-caracterizacion-y-estudio-de-la-reactividad-de-complejos-mercaptocarboxilicos-de-movi-v-y-iv","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/modelos-enzimaticos-del-cofactor-molibdeno-sintesis-caracterizacion-y-estudio-de-la-reactividad-de-complejos-mercaptocarboxilicos-de-movi-v-y-iv\/","title":{"rendered":"Modelos enzimaticos del cofactor-molibdeno. sintesis, caracterizacion y estudio de la reactividad de complejos mercaptocarboxilicos de mo(vi), (v) y (iv)."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Hong Li <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>1)- hemos propuesto una ruta sintetica para la obtencion de nuevos alfa -mercaptoacidos a partir de acetofenonas.  2)- los complejos cis-dioxo de molibdeno (vi) son excelentes modelos del core de las molibdo-enzimas. 3)- el calculo estructural mediante mecanica cuantica es un metodo eficaz para conocer las estructuras de estos complejos. 4)- estos modelos presentan importantes ventajas sobre el que utiliza como ligandos el acido tiobencilico, podemos destacar el mayor caracter oxidante del mo(vi), sobre todo en ausencia de protones, y la gran capacidad de reoxidacion de las especies reducidas. 5)- en nuestro sistema el ph ejerce un control cinetico sobre las reacciones. 6)- nuestros resultados muestran que un ligando alfa -mercaptoacido ideal debe ser lo menos voluminoso posible, siempre que posea el impedimento esterico suficiente que evite la formacion de especies dimeras.
