Covadonga <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Atp y utp inducen efectos contractiles en aorta aislada de rata. En esta tesis se estudian, con tecnicas clasicas de ba\u00f1o de organo aislado, los receptores que participan en dichos efectos. Las contracciones inducidas por atp, asi como por 2metil-s-atp; alfa, beta metilen-atp y atp gamma s (&lt;10-4 m), son rapidas en su desarrollo y fugaces, y estan producidas por estimulo del receptor p2x. Utp y atpgammas ( -10-4 m) inducen contraccion, mas lenta en su desarrollo y que se mantiene mientras esta el nucleotido en el ba\u00f1o.  el receptor p2x no esta relacionado con este efecto, y tampoco el receptor p2u parece estar implicado ya que atp, tambien agonista en este receptor, no reproduce dicha contraccion. Ademas se evidencia un nuevo receptor purinergico en el que son agonistas atp, 2 metil-s-atp y alfa,beta metilen-atp. Este nuevo receptor, induce una contraccion mantenida y necesita para su activacion la presencia previa de utp o atpgammas. El receptor responsable del efecto contractil del utp esta acoplado a proteinas g sensibles a toxina pertussis y su mecanismo de transduccion es dependiente de calcio, intra- y extra-celular, y de activacion de proteinkinasa c y tiroxina kinasa. El efecto contractil de atp, sobre contracciones inducidas por utp, no es sensible a toxina pertussis y es tambien dependiente de calcio y activacion de pkc y tiroxina kinasa.
