Curso residentes en un colegio mayor.  el programa abarca el desarrollo de las siguientes actividades:  1. Sesiones de cohesion de grupo destinadas al equipo directivo del centro.  2. Sesiones de formacion y unificacion de criterios metodologicos para los profesionales que llevaran a cabo el programa.  3. Sesiones destinadas a crear en los residentes habitos de estudio que potencien sus actitudes y condiciones y asi, mejoren su rendimiento academico.  tras la aplicacion del programa se obtiene mejoria significativa en las siguientes variables: actitudes frente a la clase y el estudio. Condiciones materiales y las tecnicas de estudio: seleccion de datos, tecnicas lectoras y obtencion de ayudas.  existiendo mejoria en las capacidades intelectuales:  razonamiento abstracto, y
