<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El estudio tiene como marco general el campo del desarrollo cognitivo y el de la investigacion educativa, centrandose en el papel que las concepciones individuales juegan en relacion al concepto de numero cardinal de un conjunto infinito (concepto publico versus concepto personal).Los objetivos de la investigacion son:  \u00abestudiar las concepciones y dificultades de comprension que algunos estudiantes de distinta formacion matematica tienen asociadas al concepto de numero cardinal de un conjunto infinito o\u00bb e \u00abindagar sobre la evolucion de las concepciones asociadas al concepto de numero cardinal de un conjunto infinito en la interaccion que se produce en una situacion de ense\u00f1anza y elaborar el concepto personal de estudiantes seleccionados\u00bb.Los datos obtenidos se presentan como un abanico de recomendaciones que favorecen el estudio de conceptos matematicos en general y la comprension de conjuntos infinitos en
