Luisa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha ensayado la s-adenosil-l-metionina adminsitrada en un bolo intravenoso a una dosis de 20 mg\/kg previa a la oclusion coronaria aguda con el fin de evidenciar posibles efectos beneficiosos. El estudio ha sido realizado en perros mestizos a los que se les determino:  concentraciones miocardicas de glutation y metionina, tama\u00f1o del area de reiesgo e infarto de miocardio, concentraciones plasmaticas de malondialdehido, creatinkinasa y potasio, ademas de parametros hemodinamicos y estudio de la circulacion coronaria colateral.  concluimos que la administracion de la s-adenosil-l-metionina, evita la caida del flujo coronario colateral que se procude en el transcurso de la oclusion coronaria aguda, aumenta la concentracion miocardica de metionina, no siendo capaz de ejercer una proteccion significativa ni reduciendo el tama\u00f1o del infarto ni disminuyendo la cuantia de las arritmias.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Efectos de la s-adenosil-l-metionina sobre la proteccion del tejido miocardico isquemico: estudio experimental en perros.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Efectos de la s-adenosil-l-metionina sobre la proteccion del tejido miocardico isquemico: estudio experimental en perros. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Sanmartin Gil M.
