Se estudia un total de 64 pacientes: 40 controles y 24 pacientes a los que se aplico un colgajo a su patolog\u00eda.  los resultados permiten comprobar que las cifras de otc son significativamente menores en pacientes con piel lesionada que en pacientes con piel sana. La otc es muy fiable a partir de las primeras 24 horas postoperatorio; en periodos de tiempo inferiores, las cifras registradas no son indicativas de inviabilidad. Las cifras de po2 aumentan de forma paulatina desde el postoperatorio, estabilizandose en el 5 mes, periodo en que los valores son equiparables a los obtenidos en el preoperatorio. En los pacientes en que se secciono el pediculo vascular encontramos una discreta caida de los valores de po2 en la medicion otc realizada inmediata a la seccion.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
