La primera es el marco teorico donde se recoge los posibles enfoque y modelos que puede seguir una evaluacion institucional, asi como su relacion con la calidad educativa. Decantandose el autor por una evaluacion de tipo interno y formativa, en la que los profesores tienen un papel protagonista como responsables de un proceso de revision sobre la practica como punto de partida para detectar aquellos puntos problematicos de la institucion que necesitarian de estrategias de mejora.  la parte empirica desarrolla un dise\u00f1o ciclico de evaluacion institucional en cinco fases, siendo la ultima el punto inicial para recomenzar de nuevo el proceso.  el centro educativo elegido es analizado en toda su amplitud utilizando para ellos tanto tecnicas cualitativas como
