Hoy en dia, a pesar de la potencia en cuanto a herramientas de calculo y de programacion que caracterizan a los actuales entornos de simulacion, estas tecnicas no son utilizadas tanto como seria de esperar. Una posible explicacion se puede encontrar en las pretareas de la simulacion. Establecer un modelo matematico de un sistema fisico es una tarea trivial, requiere tiempo y personal especializado y con experiencia. En esta tesis se propone la construccion de un sistema que sea capaz de emular el modo en que un experto en modelado realizaria el modelo de un procesos.  de tal forma que el modelo generado sea ecuacionalmente optimo, y que el usuario sea capaz de elegir, con sus especificaciones durante el dise\u00f1o del esquema del proceso, el grado de complejidad del modelo que posteriormente sera
