Antonia <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El estudio reconstruye la historia, la arquitectura y el arte mueble de 16 conventos masculinos que existieron en la ciudad de valladolid y que desaparecieron total -11 de ellos- o parcialmente tras las sucesivas desamortizaciones. Tras una introduccion y un capitulo de consideraciones generales, se biografian los 16 conventos desde su fundacion, se documenta su arquitectura, edificios conventuales e iglesias, y se situan en el lugar que ocuparon dentro de ellos esculturas, pinturas y otros bienes artisticos. Cuando ha sido posible se localizan estas obras en su actual emplazamiento. Para elaborar el trabajo se ha partido, ademas de la bibliografia habitual, de la documentacion de diversos archivos, fundamentalmente el archivo historico nacional de Madrid y el archivo historico provincial de valladolid.
