Cristina <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Las neuronas cocleares son las neuronas aferentes primarias del sistema autditivo de los vertebrados y constituyen la primera estacion sinaptica tras la transduccion del sonido. Se llevo a cabo el analisis de las corrientes de calcio en estas neuronas a lo largo del desarrollo embrionario, en las que se distinguen al menos tres componentes: uno mediado por canales de ca de tipo n, otro por canales de ca de tipo l, y un tercero mediado probablemente por canales de tipo t. Ademas se caracterizo el patron de la expresion de estas corrientes en el desarrollo, viendo que existe una expresion diferencial de las corrientes de ca durante el desarrollo.  se ha visto que el nt-3 induce la expresion de corrientes ionicas tipicas de neuronas maduras en neuronas del ganglio coclear de estadios tempranos del desarrollo embrionario.
