Para ello hemos desarrollado un codigo de dinamica molecular y un algoritmo que permite reducir sustancialmente el tiempo de calculo necesario en este tipo de simulaciones.  en cuanto al sputtering, hemos justificado por que experimentalmente se observa un aumento en el rendimiento con la dosis implantada. Para ello hemos tenido en cuenta la amorfizacion del blanco y la acumulacion de iones en su interior. Hemos visto que dicho aumento esta causado por el debilitamiento de los enlaces entre los atomos de silicio debido a los iones implantados.  por otro lado, hemos estudiado en que condiciones la irradiacion ionica puede favorecer el proceso de cristalizacion del silicio amorfo. Para ello hemos visto la influencia del sobrecalentamiento y el da\u00f1ado producidos en el bombardeo sobre el crecimiento de peque\u00f1as semillas cristalinas.
