Se han realizado curvas dosis-efecto a 4-aminopiridina y 3,4-diaminopiridina en ausencia y en presencia de los bloqueantes de los canales lentos de calcio, activadores de canales de potasio, atropina y edta sal disodica y se ha calculado la concentracion inhibitoria-50 y el valor de pd2.
