Tras una breve introduccion historica pasamos a estudiar la formacion de la monocapa de langmuir de diferentes sustancias. Utilizamos tres tecnicas de analisis: isotermas presion-area, potencial superficial y microscopia de brewster.  una vez optimizadas estas sustancias se transfirieron a un sustrato solido para estudiar sus propiedades como pelicula de langmuir-blodgett. Conocidas sus propiedades pasaron estas peliculas a ser transferidas a una membrana microporosa para formar una membrana compuesta. De todas las sustancias estudiadas como membrana compuesta solo una resulto ser especialmente estable frente al paso de una corriente gaseosa. Esta fue seleccionada para el estudio sistematico del transporte de gases a traves de la membrana compuesta. Posteriores actuaciones sobre la membrana compuesta seleccionada produjeron una mejora significativa en las propiedades de la misma:  selectividad y permeabilidad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
