Emma <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Existen numerosas patolog\u00edas que pueden acarrear una perdida de sustancia importante en el utero con el riesgo que conlleva de rotura uterina. En este estudio intentamos demostrar que el parche de tejido blando ptfe-e es adecuado para la reparacion uterina. El dise\u00f1o del estudio esta estructurado en 3 fases. En la primera fase, se estudia la biocompatibilidad del material con el tejido uterino y la conservacion de su permeabilidad. En la 2 fase, estudiamos la biocompatibilidad del material con la fisiolog\u00eda de la gestacion. Y en la 3, con la fisiolog\u00eda del parto. Para ello, realizamos una solucion de continuidad en el hemiutero derecho de la rata, que se repara colocando el parche de ptfe-e. El hemi-utero izquierdo, lo utilizamos de control.  en la 1 fase, se valoran los siguientes parametros:  reaccion adherencial, permeabilidad uterina, recubrimiento del parche por endometrio e integracion del parche en la pared uterina. En la 2 fase, valoramos numero de hemiuteros que han quedado gestantes, media de gestaciones obtenidas y localizacion de estas gestaciones. Y en la 3 fase, se analiza los signos post-gestacionales encontrados en el hemi-utero.
