El modelo se aplica a una muestra de empresas burgalesas, con mas de diez trabajadores, y pertenecientes a los sectores quimico, metalico y de alimentacion y otras manufactureras para contrastar empiricamente las relaciones de la cadena: conocimiento poseido por el individuo y sus consecuencias en el proceso de delegacion de los derechos de decision -dise\u00f1o de los sistemas de incentivos
