Para ello, se han utilizado tecnicas biofisicas sensibles a la conformacion de las proteinas, como la espectroscopia de infrarrojo. Los resultados indican que la fluctuacion de la estructura terciaria de la alfa-lactalbumina permite su interaccion con vesiculas en condiciones electrostaticas desfavorables. La conformacion que adoptan diferentes intermediarios de la proteina una vez insertados es comun, y se parece al estado \u00abglobulo fundido\u00bb. El analisis cuantitativo del espectro ir de la proteina apo-b-100 revela que esta contiene una elevada proporcion de estructura extendida, parte de la cual interacciona con los lipidos de la ldl.  en ambos casos (alfa-la y apo b-100), la conformacion de la proteina esta modulada por el entorno lipidico con el que interacciona.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
