El corpus de la tesis esta dividido en cuatro capitulos, siendo los dos primeros teoricos estando los dos ultimos dedicados analisis filmico de la pelicula en cuestion. El primer capitulo ha sido destinado a la revision de la disciplinas y teorias que guiaran nuestro analisis del film mogambo.  en la medida en que sostendremos, como hipotesis principal de nuestra investigacion que la estructura narrativa del texto filmico clasico hollywoodiano es mitica, partiremos de la revision de la nocion antropologica de mito.  del psicoanalisis, retendremos lo que en este conforma una teoria del lenguaje, en relacion directa con la constitucion de la subjetividad humana. Por su parte, la semiotica narrativa, nos permitira una primera formalizacion del analisis que trataremos de transcender en una teoria del relato capaz de concebir a los personales como \u00ablocus simbolicus\u00bb y a sus acciones como estructuradas por una matriz de sentido.  en la segunda parte, abordamos el analisis de la estructura narrativa del film mogambo, en la perspectiva de construir
