En el siguiente cap\u00edtulo se ha estudiado los aerosoles generados a partir de cuatro contaminantes atmosf\u00e9ricos comunes, realizando la detecci\u00f3n directamente sobre papel de filtro recubierto de coloide de plata. Antes de realizar una comparaci\u00f3n cualitativa y cuantitativa de cinco substratos diferentes (coloides de plata reducidos con borohidruro, coloides de plata reducidos con citrato, papel de filtro de intercambio i\u00f3nico recubierto de coloide de plata y papel de filtro de celulosa recubierto  de coloide de plata y l\u00e1minas de plata atacadas qu\u00edmicamente) se considera en el cap\u00edtulo iv, a trav\u00e9s de las t\u00e9cnias sers, sem y xps, los par\u00e1metros experimentales que optimizan la detecci\u00f3n de adsorbatos cuando se utiliza como substrato uno de los soportes s\u00f3lidos m\u00e1s ampliamente usados por nuestro grupo de investigaci\u00f3n, l\u00e1minas de plata atacadas qu\u00edmicamente con \u00e1cido n\u00edtrico. Por \u00faltimo en el cap\u00edtulo vi, se propone un nuevo tipo de substrato s\u00f3lido basado en un simple m\u00e9todo de ataque de tipo electroqu\u00edmico, aplicable a l\u00e1minas de plata,
