Adem\u00e1s, permite una determinacion simultanea de muchos elementos mayoritarios y minoritarios en muestras de aguas.  se desarrolla una estrategia simple para la determinacion directa de elementos mayoritarios, minoritarios y trazas en mustras de aguas por icp-ms. por otra parte se desarrolla un m\u00e9todo para la determinacion de silicio en muestras de aguas, estudiando la influencia del medio de medida y del modificador de matriz. Adem\u00e1s se compara la aplicaci\u00f3n del calibrado ponderado a otros tres lineas de calibracion para la determinacion de los elementos mayoritarios y minoritarios incluso el uranio y el silicio.  como aplicaci\u00f3n de la metodolog\u00eda desarrollada se realiza un estudio de la contaminacion de la materia en suspension y los sedimentos de ambos estuarios d\u00c2\u00bfadour et de nervion.  la validacion de los procesos que esta dirigida a desarrollar metodolog\u00edas validas para el intervalo mas amplio de tipos de matriz, y a tal efecto se utilizan muestras de muy distintos origen geografico, comparando por una parte los resultados de icp-ms y los de metodos de referencia tales como la espectrometria de absorci\u00f3n atomica con llama para los elementos mayoritarios, con atomizacion electrotermica para los minoritarios y el silicio y el metodo radioquimico para el uranio, por otra parte se utilizan muestras certificadas.
