Elena <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La uroquinasa (uk) y la heparina son dos sustancias naturales, que entre otros, representan el arsenal farmacologico mas importante y especifico del que se dispone en la actualidad para el tratamiento de la enfermedad tromboembolica.La administracion de 300.000 ui\/dia de uk junto con heparina calcica, a dosis ajustadas, produjo en los pacientes un descenso de antitrombina iii, tanto en su actividad como en la proteina, ademas de un consumo de plasminogeno y un descenso de actividad de la alfa-2-antiplasmina.\u00bbIn vitro\u00bb se estudio la asociacion de uk con cuatro tipos de heparina diferentes: heparina calcica, enoxaparina sodica, dalteparina, y nadroparina. Las cuatro heparinas modificaron la actividad amidolitica y plasminogenolitica de la uk, tanto en sistemas purificados como en plasma humano. La actividad fibrinolitica producida por la uk tambien pudo ser potenciada e inhibida por la presencia de heparina, dependiendo dicho efecto de la concentracion y del tipo de heparina presente.
