Jose <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se ha estudiado el efecto que produce la presencia de emulsificantes polimerizables en emulsion de un sistema polimerico comun en la industria de los recubrimientos:  estireno\/acrilato de butilo\/acido acrilico (st\/abu\/aa) a alto contenido en solidos.Los emulsificantes polimerizables estudiados en mayor profundidad han sido el maleato sulfonato, crotonato sulfato y metacrilato sulfato, cuya sintesis y caracterizacion se ha descrito con detalle. El seguimiento de la conversion del emulsificante durante la polimerizacion ha podido llevarse a cabo mediante separacion del emulsificante no reaccionado por sustitucion del suero y posterior valoracion bifasica de los grupos tensioactivos anionicos.  se han estudiado de forma comparada los emulsificantes polimerizables a alto contenido en solidos en el sistema st\/abu\/aa. Asimismo, se ha estudiado el mecanismo de polimerizacion en discontinuo del maleato sulfonato y estireno al 30% de contenido en solidos.
