Se presenta un modelo para el segmento rectilineo que considera la longitud finita del mismo, en contraste con las aproximaciones clasicas que lo modelan como infinito. El segmento rectilineo se ha modelado siguiendo el modelo sp para informacion geometrica incierta, lo que facilita la integracion de la vision con otros sensores, tales como laser y odometria.  una vez establecido el modelo, se plantea la resolucion de los problemas de correspondencias, estructura a partir de movimiento, y estructura y movimiento, empleando segmentos rectilineos. La solucion a estos problemas esta acompa\u00f1ada de resultados experimentales que validan las propuestas presentadas.  en la determinacion de las correspondencias y de la estructura a partir del movimiento cabe destacar la buena capacidad del algoritmo propuesto para rechazar emparejamientos espureos, comparandolo con las tecnicas clasicas basadas en la geometria epipolar. Tambien se muestra la capacidad del modelo propuesto para rechazar espureos incluso con unicamente dos imagenes.  los resultados experimentales de estructura y movimiento dejan patente la importancia
