Arredondo Martinez <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Esta tesis ha sido desarrollada en el marco de un convenio entre la universitat autonoma de barcelona y laboratorios ferrer internacional s.A., Y esta dividida en tres partes.La primera parte se basa en la preparacion y evaluacion farmacologica de la actividad antifungica de una serie de moleculas cuya estructura contiene el anillo de 1,2,4-triazol unido a un resto aromatico liposoluble.  en la segunda parte, se llevo a cabo la sintesis, evaluacion antimicrobiana y mutagenica de diferentes derivados nitroimidazolicos.
