Fundandose en observaciones clinicas en pacientes, este trabajo experimental se ha centrado sobre la posible modulacion de la capacidad de respuesta fibrinolitica endotelial, en condiciones de estimulacion por heparina y otros compuestos quimicamente relacionados con ella. Nuestras observaciones permiten afirmar que dichos compuestos, en particular la heparina y el heparan sulfato, poseen una potente actividad profibrinolitica intrinseca, centrando sus acciones sobre la modulacion de la produccion del activador u-pa, asi como sobre la poblacion de receptores celulares especificos para dicho activador del plasminogeno. Asimismo, se investigo la posible existencia en la molecula de heparina y de heparan sulfato, de alguna porcion de molecula parcialmente responsable de tales acciones.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
