{"id":131028,"date":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/estudi-citogenetic-en-sang-fetal\/"},"modified":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"estudi-citogenetic-en-sang-fetal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-de-la-vida\/estudi-citogenetic-en-sang-fetal\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudi citogenetic en sang fetal."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Dolors Costa Bordes <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Objetivos: 1) evaluar la eficacia y fiabilidad de la sangre fetal como tecnica de diagnostico citogenetico. 2) optimizar la tecnica de cultivo de sangre fetal mediante la utilizacion del mitogeno gm-csg (factor estimulador de colonias de granulocitos-macrofagos).Material y metodos:  para alcanzar el primer objetivo se estudia una serie de 150 sangres fetales mientras que para alcanzar el segundo objetivo se estudia una serie de 55 muestras de sangre, a partir de las cuales se establecen tres tipos de cultivo (con fitohemaglutinina, con gm-csg y sin mitogeno) en dos periodos de tiempo diferentes (1 y 3 dias).Conclusiones:  1) la tasa de exito diagnostico fue del 97% 2) los fetos que presentaban una malformacion presentaban una incidencia de anomalias cromosomicas del 20%. La incidencia de cromosomopatia fue 5 veces superior en caso de malformacion multiple (48%) que si era aislada (9%).  3) la sangre fetal es una tecnica de diagnostico prenatal fiable. 4) en la serie de 55 muestras la concentracion de linfocitos muestra una tendencia a aumentar y la de eritroblastos a disminuir a lo largo de la gestacion.  seis de los 8 fetos con anomalia cromosomica presentaban una concentracion de linfocitos y\/o eritroblastos alterada. 5) los cultivos de 1 dia estimulados con fitohemaglutinina y gm-csf presentan una eficacia mitogenica similar, mientras que el cultivo con gm-csf presenta una eficacia diagnostica superior. 6) existe correlacion entre la concentracion de eritroblastos cultivados y el indice mitotico en los cultivos de 1 dia estimulados con
