Las pirazolinas obtenidas fueron descompuestas fotoquimicamente, utilizando un fotosensibilizador tal como es la benzofenona. A baja temperatura y dilucion elevada de pirazolina se puede obtener de forma cuantitativa el correspondiente anillo ciclopropanico. El compuesto asi obtenido se ha utilizado como un versatil precursor para sintetizar cinco diferentes aminoacidos 2,3-ciclopropanicos de forma enantioselectiva. Asimismo diversos compuestos obtenidos en la tesis se han introducido en cadenas peptidicas dando lugar a productos conformacionalmente restringidos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de
