{"id":131067,"date":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/sistema-hamster-humano-analisis-de-las-anomalias-cromosomicas-en-el-espermatozoide-humano\/"},"modified":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"sistema-hamster-humano-analisis-de-las-anomalias-cromosomicas-en-el-espermatozoide-humano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/ciencias-medicas\/sistema-hamster-humano-analisis-de-las-anomalias-cromosomicas-en-el-espermatozoide-humano\/","title":{"rendered":"Sistema hamster-humano: analisis de las anomalias cromosomicas en el espermatozoide humano."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Carmen M\u00e1rquez Guevara <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Utilizando la tecnica de fusion hamster-humano, se analizo el efecto del colcemid sobre la frecuencia y tipo de anomalias cromosomicas en el espermatozoide humano.  para ello, obtuvimos en cada experimento complementos de espermatozoide en presencia y en ausencia de colcemid, detectando significativamente un exceso de hipohaploidia y de anomalias cromosomicas estructurales en aquellos espermatozoides obtenidos en presencia de colcemid.  nuestros resultados sugieren que el colcemid incrementa la frecuencia de hiperhaploidia y de anomalias estructurales inestables, tipo cromosoma.  dado el caracter artefactual de algunas anomalias detectadas en cromosomas de espermatozoide, analizamos la incidencia, el tipo y el significado de estas anomalias en un mayor numero de espermatozoides. En este estudio detectamos una correlacion positiva entre nuestros puntos de rotura observados en espermatozoide y los descritos por warburton (1991) en reorganizaciones cromosomicas de novo. Ello ademas esta de acuerdo con la alta incidencia de origen paterno de las anomalias estructurales de novo.  en el espermatozoide detectamos un patron especifico de no disyuncion para el cromosoma 21 y para los cromosomas sexuales. La mayor incidencia de aneuploidia de los cromosomas x e y esta de acuerdo con el alto porcentaje de origen paterno de las anomalias numericas para estos cromosomas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
