En cuanto a la aferesis se estudian parametros bioquimicos basicos, hemograma, coagulacion, via de contacto, beta-2microglobulina, complemento. Ademas se valoran parametros de activacion linfomonocitaria en los tres procesos extracorporeas :  interleuquina1-beta, interleuquina-6, cd23 soluble, factor de necrosis tumoral alfa, interferon gamma y actividad \u00abnatural killer\u00bb. Tambien se estudian subpoblaciones linfocitarias en los procesos de aferesis y bypass. Material y metodos: se estudian 32 procesos de aferesis, 7 hemodialisi y 8 bypass; se recogen dos muestras en cada proceso una previa y otra posterior.  resultados: aferesis: se produce variacion de parametros bioquimicos, alargamiento de los tiempos de coagulacion como consecuencia de la hemodilucion; hemolisis, activacion del complemento, activacion de la via de contacto y aumento de linfocitos t y del receptor de la interleuquina-2 como consecuencia de la centrifugacion y el contacto de la sangre; hemodialisis: aumento del cd23 soluble por estimulo de linfocitos b y disminucion actividad \u00abnk\u00bb por depresion inmunitaria. Bypass: aumento de todas las interleuquinas (excepto cd23 e interferon) como proceso inflamatorio agudo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
