la aplicacion de diferentes metodos de calibracion multivariable para la determinacion de varios analitos en la misma muestra.En una primera parte se estudian los efectos de diferentes fuentes de ruido y la presencia de una no linealidad en la relacion se\u00f1al analitica-concentracion, en la aplicacion de la regresion en componentes principales (pcr) en diferentes sistemas en equilibrio.En la segunda parte se compara la regresion en componentes principales, la regresion parcial por minimos cuadrados, y la aplicacion de las redes neuronales artificiales en la determinacion simultanea de dos analitos en diferentes sistemas cineticos: reacciones de pseudo-primer orden respecto los analitos, reacciones de segundo orden, reacciones de pseudo-primer orden respecto el reactivo, y la
