Con el fin de estudiar tanto el efecto de los productos como el de sus metabolitos se ha realizado un estudio paralelo con y sin fraccion microsomal s9.  asimismo, se ha tenido en cuenta la posible interaccion de estos herbicidas con el acido humico presente en el suelo. Ademas se ha estudiado el papel de las topoisomerasas en la induccion de los sce estudiando como estas modulan la induccion de los sce producidos por los herbicidas utilizando inhibidores de las mismas. Los resultados obtenidos indican que el alacloro es el herbicida que presenta mas respuestas positivas, le siguen hm, tf y pq. La atrazina, excepto con el cometa, no parece mostrar ninguna actividad genotoxica. En general se ha encontrado que la fraccion microsomal detoxifica. En cuanto ac. Humico no parece mostrar actividad desmutagenica. Los inhibidores son buenos inductores de sce y la interaccion con los herbicidas varia segun el inhibidor usado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral
