activacion por receptores de siete dominios transmembranales, asi como la especificidad de sustrato de las enzimas fosfolipasa c y fosfolipasa d en cerebro de rata.El analisis qualitativo de la acumulacion de intermediarios del ciclo de los fosfoinositidos y la dependencia del calcio extracelular, en tejido intacto de corteza cerebral de rata, y la capacidad para estimular la plc en preparaciones de membrana del mismo tejido, nos han llevado a la siguientes conclusiones: 1) los receptores muscarinicos m1\/3 y serotonergicos 5-ht2 activan a la plc directamente a traves de una proteina g, sin estimular a la pld en el mismo tejido. 2) los receptores adrenergicos alfa-1, histaminergicos h1, de la endotelina et y glutamatergicos metabotropicos mglur 1\/5, activan a la plc indirectamente a traves de una entrada de calcio.  activan a la pld en el mismo tejido y de una forma estrictamente dependiente del calcio extracelular.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
