Los resultados obtenidos mediante microscopia optica demostraron la resistencia de la notocorda a la invasion de las celulas te-85 y m04. El estudio ultraestructural revelo una manifiesta disminucion de microtubulos en las celulas neoplasicas proximas a la vaina perinotocordal. Este fenomeno iba desapareciendo gradualmente a medida que las celulas neoplasicas se encontraban mas alejadas del fragmento de notocorda. Simultaneamente, observamos la presencia de annulate lamellae, cisternas confrontadas, acumulacion de filamentos intermedios, incremento de polirribosomas helioidales, hipertrofia del complejo de golgi, similares cualitativamente a las observadas en estas celulas tratadas con nocodazol, un conocido agente antimicrotubular. Consideramos la posibilidad de que la resistencia de la notocorda a la invasion sea debida a una inhibicion de la migracion de las celulas neoplasicas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos
