Inmaculada <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>En este trabajo se ha estudiado el\/los mecanismos de resistencia al antibiotico aminonucleosidico a201a en el organismo productor streptomyces capreolus nrrl3817.Se ha estudiado si la diana de accion del antibiotico (los ribosomas) era sensible o resistente al a201a, observandose que es sensible a dicho antibiotico. Por otro lado, se han aislado y expresado en streptomyces lividans dos genes de resistencia a dicho antibiotico, ard1 y ard2, procedentes de s. Capreolus.  el producto codificado por ard1 pertenece a la familia de transportadores abc y podria conferir resistencia a201a mediante un mecanismo de expulsion del antibiotico al exterior celular, el gen ard2 codifica una fosfotransferasa capaz de inactivar el a201a, fosforilandolo en el grupo hidroxilo del carbono 2 de la hexofuranosa insaturada que forma parte del a201a. La expresion de ambos genes esta regulada a lo largo de la curva de crecimiento.
