Por clonado y expresion de los genes f y h hemos comprobado la capacidad funcional de dichas proteinas induciendose sincitios en molt4 y en la linea persistente momp3. Se describe por primera vez la acilacion de un morbillivirus, detectandose palmitoilacion en la subunidad f1 de f.
