Con ello obtuvimos los conocimientos necesarios para,en el capitulo segundo, desarrolar la electroforesis capilar en fase micelar y aplicarla a la resolucion de una mezcla de herbicidas fenoxiacidos y fenilureicos. Este estudio se completo en el capitulo tercero, donde se optimizaron los resultados obtenidos en el capitulo anterior adicionando a la disolucion de trabajo determinados alcoholes alifaticos de cadena media.  en el capitulo cuarto se optimizo la sensibilidad de la tecnica mediante metodos de concentracion \u00abon line\u00bb y \u00aboff line\u00bb, y con el fin de utilizar esta tecnica en el analisis de muestras medioambientales.  y finalmente, toda la informacion obtenida en los capitulos anteriores, se aplic\u00f3 en el capitulo quinto en un estudio de degradacion de varios herbicidas fenoxi\u00e1cidos y fenilureicos.
