La zona de estudio elegida ha sido andalucia.  en esta area contamos con 43 yacimientos con restos de aves. Una aportacion de la memoria ha sido el estudio de las aves de la cueva de nerja, excepcionalmente rico en restos de aves marinas se ha definido un patron biogeografico de comunidades de aves marinas en europa occidental que permite estimar la latitud y la temperatura de la superficie del mar atendiendo a la composicion especifica de cualquier punto de europa.  estos resultados se han aplicado a la reconstruccion de estos parametros en las muestras arqueologicas. Se ha desarrollado una metodolog\u00eda objetiva para reconstruir caracteristicas del paisaje de las zonas donde estaban enclavados los yacimientos utilizando los restos de aves.  esta tecnica se basa en analogias con la estructura de las comunidades. Actuales.
