Basado en este anticuerpo se dise\u00f1a un receptor abiotico no peptidico, constituido por una subunidad de calix(6) areno y una subunidad de guanidina biciclica.  capitulo 2: se dedica al estudio de propiedades conformacionales de calixarenos y a la funcionalizacion selectiva del p-terc-butilcalix(6) areno. En el se intenta resolver el problema de la flexibilidad conformacional del calix(6) areno mediante mono-o-alquilacion y se estudia el efecto de sesta en la complejacion de acetilcolina (ac). Tambien se estudia la funcionalizacion selectiva del p-terc-butilcalix(6) areno necesaria para la sintesis del receptor (1).  capitulo 3: se dedica a la sintesis y al estudio estructural y termodinamico del receptor libre 1a y de su complejo con dioctanoil-l-fosfatidilcolina (dofc).  finalmente se presentan los estudios preliminares en la aminolisis de ac catalizada por 1a.
