{"id":131320,"date":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/caracterizacion-bioquimica-y-molecular-de-las-fenoloxidasas-de-hongos-ligninoliticos\/"},"modified":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"caracterizacion-bioquimica-y-molecular-de-las-fenoloxidasas-de-hongos-ligninoliticos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/caracterizacion-bioquimica-y-molecular-de-las-fenoloxidasas-de-hongos-ligninoliticos\/","title":{"rendered":"Caracterizacion bioquimica y molecular de las fenoloxidasas de hongos ligninoliticos."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong> Mar\u00eda na Mansur Iglesias <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Como resultado de este trabajo, se encontro un hongo (cepa i-62) con gran capacidad para degradar la lignina.  se caracterizaron tanto a nivel bioquimico como molecular, las lacasas que forman parte del sistema ligninolitico, con el fin de emplear, bien el hongo o las propias enzimas, en el tratamiento biologico de subproductos agricolas, en la fabricacion de pulpa para papel, obtencion de alimento animal y eliminacion de productos derivados de la lignina con alto poder contaminante.  se logro identificar en la cepa i-62 una familia de genes que codifican para enzimas con actividad fenoloxidasa.  la traduccion conceptual de cada uno de los tres genes clonados, denominados pox1, pox2 y pox3 da lugar a proteinas con todas las caracteristicas propias de las lacasas.  ademas, se comprobo que existe una regulacion diferencial de las transcripcion de los tres genes de lacasa clonados. La expresion de los genes pox1 y pox2 es inducible por alcohol veratrilico.
