B.- Proteina p53, mediante el clon d07 que reconoce tanto la proteina salvaje como la mutada. La expresion de estaproteina aumenta a medida que aumenta la agresividad. C.- El ciclo celular con ambas tecnicas (cmf y cme) no mostraron relacion con la supervivencia pero se ha podido observar una tendencia a la aneuploidia a medida que aumenta el grado tumoral.
