Las propiedades de intercaras dependen del tipo de proceso que en ello puede ocurrir como ejemplo: interdifusion, cambio de fase, formacion de aleaciones.  en materiales policristalinos la interdifusion se ve favorecida por la existencia de fronteras de granos y\/o defectos. La microestructura por tanto afecta a la cinetica y direccion de la interdifusion y, tambien de las otras reacciones. El objetivo del trabajo es el estudio de la cinetica de cristalizacion e interdifusion en dos sistemas basados en bi de muy distinto caracter (bi-sb, difusivo y bi-ge no-difusivo). * Los procesos de intercara se activaron termicamente por medio de laser pulsado, o por calentamiento en horno. Los experimentos de calentamiento en horno se han realizado en un microscopio electronico de transmision con la importante ventaja de poder seguir \u00abin-situ\u00bb la cinetica del proceso desde un
