{"id":131358,"date":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/sin-categoria\/analisis-de-proteinas-de-t-thermophilus-capaces-de-formar-cristales-bidimensionales\/"},"modified":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"1996-01-01T00:00:00","slug":"analisis-de-proteinas-de-t-thermophilus-capaces-de-formar-cristales-bidimensionales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.deberes.net\/tesis\/quimica\/analisis-de-proteinas-de-t-thermophilus-capaces-de-formar-cristales-bidimensionales\/","title":{"rendered":"Analisis de proteinas de t. thermophilus capaces de formar cristales bidimensionales."},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tesis doctoral de <strong>  Olabarria De Pablo Garbi\u00f1e <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El trabajo contenido en esta tesis puede resumirse en los siguientes puntos: -la proteina de capa s de t.  thermophilus hb8 constituye \u00abin vivo\u00bb redes de simetria hexagonal y es capaz de formar \u00abin vitro\u00bb laminas cristalinas de simetrias trigonal y tetragonal sufriendo una completa reorganizacion de los distintos dominios a lo largo de su secuencia.  &#8211; la delecion de 65 aminoacidos desde el peptido se\u00f1al hasta la posicion 98 da lugar a una proteina incapaz de anclarse en la envoltura, que forma redes de simetria trigonal.  &#8211; el dominio mencionado se encuentra altamente conservado en el grupo filogenetico thermus-deinococcus, mientras que el resto de los epitopos estudiados se encuentran mucho menos conservados.  &#8211; hemos obtenido cepas de t. Thermophilus en las que se han intercambiado las capas s en un proceso de transferencia horizontal, que pudiera tener sus paralelismos en el medio natural.  &#8211; hemos clonado y secuenciado el gen slpm de t.  thermophilus hb8 que codifica una proteina capaz de cristalizar en redes de simetria hexagonal, geometricamente parecidas a las de la capa s. Este gen se sobreexpresa en ausencia de la capa s y se procesa en puntos especificos, generando tres polipeptidos claramente definidos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis
