Aunque esta activacion de pld no es observable en todas las lineas celulares transformadas por ras, en todos los casos existe una desrregulacion de la activacion de pld.  la activacion de pld por pkc esta muy aumentada en las lineas transformadas por ras, pero la activacion por factores de crecimiento (fc) esta muy atenuada. Esta atenuacion es debida a la inhibicion de la pi-plc y no a un efecto sobre los receptores de fc o su funcionalidad.  todos estos efectos sobre pld no son consecuencia de la transformacion celular en si. Los efectos de ras sobre la pld estan mediados por los dominios efectores de ras y por tanto implican a alguno de los efectores de ras. Sin embargo no parecen estar mediados por pkc, almenos no lo esta la inhibicion de la pi-plc.  la sobreexpresion de ras normal o de shc en la linea rat-2 tiene como consecuencia la amplificacion de la activacion de pld por factores de crecimiento.  todos estos resultados sugieren un papel para ras en la regulacion normal de la fosfolipasa d, en fibroblastos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos
