Soledad <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Estas tesis doctoral se planteo con el objetivo principal de esclarecer las bases moleculares del requerimiento de la proteina de union a dna de cadena sencilla del bacteriofago fi 29 durante la replicacion del dna viral.  para ello se analizaron las propiedades estructurales tanto de la proteina como del ssdna al que se une: se determinaron los parametros termodinamicos (afinidad, cooperatividad, entalpia; entropia y tama\u00f1o del sitio de union) que definen el complejo ssb-dna; se analizaron nuevas funciones de esta ssb; y se localizaron los residuos proteicos responsables del contacto con el ssdna y de las interacciones proteina-proteina que mantiene el complejo.  el analisis comparativo de las propiedades estructurales y funcionales de la ssb del fago fi 29 con las de las pocas ssbs que pueden considerarse como bien caracterizadas, sugiere que la forma particular en la que esta proteina organiza las regiones de ssdna de los intermedios replicativos de fi 29, y la forma dinamica a la que se une a ellos, podria ser la responsable de su requerimiento funcional durante la replicacion del dna de este bacteriofago:  los resultados obtenidos en esta tesis, que se han incluido en nueve publicaciones hasta el momento de la defensa, han contribuido de modo importante al entendimiento del mecanismo que media la actuacion funcional de la ssbs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la tesis doctoral \u00ab<strong>Caracterizacion estructural y funcional de la proteina de union a dna de cadena sencilla del bacteriofago fi 29.<\/strong>\u00ab<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>T\u00edtulo de la tesis:<\/strong>\u00a0 Caracterizacion estructural y funcional de la proteina de union a dna de cadena sencilla del bacteriofago fi 29. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autor:<\/strong>\u00a0  Soengas Gonzalez M.
