Teresa <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El zinc es un oligoelemento que desempe\u00f1a una funcion importante en la estructura y la fisiolog\u00eda del sistema nervioso central.En las celulas cromafines de la glandula adrenal bovina, que constituyen un excelente modelo neuronal, el zinc indujo un incremento de la secrecion espontanea de catecolaminas, asi como un efecto dual sobre la respuesta secretora estimulada por el agonista nicotinico 1,1-dimetil-4- fenilpiperazinio (dmpp, 100 um) o por el k elevado (1000 mm). A concentraciones bajas (3-10 um), el zn ejercio un efecto facilitador de la secrecion, mientras que a concentraciones mas altas (100-1000 um), este cation produjo una inhibicion de la respuesta secretora debida al bloqueo de canales de ca voltaje-dependientes. El zn podria ejercer su efecto facilitador de la sonda flouorescente fura-2.  intracelular de accion, ya que genera flujos de entrada a las celulas, que hemos logrado monitorizar a traves de la sonda fluorescente fura-2. Estos flujos se aceleran en condiciones de estimulacion celular, lo que sugiere que se producen a traves de canales de ca voltaje-dependientes.  el zn bloqueo de manera selectiva el transporte de noradrenalina, sin afectar al de dopamina, serotonina o colina, de forma dosis-dependiente y con una union reversible al transportador.
