Para ello se ha empleado la tecnica de la degradacion de edman, las modalidades de espectrometria de masas, maldi, desorcion inducida por radiacion laser, y fab\/lsims, bombardeo con atomos rapidos\/desorcion de iones secundarios. Para llevar a cabo este estudio han sido necesarias cuatro hidrolisis primarias de ap-p con tripsina (t), endoproteasa asp-n (d), bromuro de cianogeno (b) y endoproteasa lys-c (e). El resultado de la determinacion aparece representado en el esquema general 1, pag. 3. La secuencia aminoacida consta de 623 aminoacidos. Las cinco cisteinas aparecen subrayadas y las seis posiciones de n-glicosilacion marcadas con un asterisco.  igualmente se ha determinado la masa molecular de una de las fracciones de ap-p en estado nativo, asi como la masa molecular de las subunidades glicoproteicas despues de su desglicosilacion mediante tratamiento con pnhasa f (n-glicosidasa f). El resultado es que esta glicoproteina esta formada por tres subunidades glicoproteicas iguales y que su grado de n-glicosilacion es de un 20%.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Datos acad\u00e9micos de la
