Esta forma corta se encuentra asociada a componentes del citoesqueleto. En respuesta a gh esta forma corta transloca del citoesqueleto a la membrana para unirse al ghr implicado en la union a ligando. En la formacion de este complejo, se asocian a traves del receptor corto una serie de quinasas y moleculas adaptadoras formando el complejo de se\u00f1alizacion del ghr.  una de estas quinasas es c-raf-1, la cual en respuesta a gh se fosforila en tirosina. Asi mismo hemos descrito que por efecto de la gh, hay actividades enzimaticas asociadas a la inmunoglobulina de membrana, lo que sugiere que la gh transmite su se\u00f1al intracelular a traves de
