Asi, hemos estudiado dos procedimientos de exploracion del espacio conformacional de peptidos que tienen en comun el hecho de generar conformaciones empleando simulaciones de dinamica molecular y hemos estudiado con un peptido modelo la accesibilidad de la conformacion bioactiva.  los resultados obtenidos en esta primera parte nos han permitido abordar la caracterizacion de la conformacion bioactiva del peptido t que es un potencial agente terapeutico en el tratamiento del sida. Para ello hemos empleado el metodo del analisis conformacional comparado y hemos obtenido una propuesta de conformacion bioactiva que es consistente con todos los datos de estructura-actividad
